Hosta Hill

I am a fermented food aficionado and have tried just about every product on the market. Hosta Hill kraut is simply excellent, all their flavors actually though the garlic scape is a particular favorite and now since trying their Kimchi at the Union Square Farmers Market I don't know how I lived without it. Some krauts are too salty, or too crunchy or too watery but Hosta Hill has seemed to hit the mark whatever it is they do. Absolutely terrific products. I recommend giving them a try at the farmers market, they are very pleasant dealer to support.

Hosta Hill kraut is a staple in our household now for many years. We LOVE it. The just-right flavor. The just-right texture. And we love to reuse the jars! (Pro tip: the label always comes off in one beautiful piece and is very satisfying to peel. Try it out.)

Hands down...Hosta Hill kimchi and other fermented foods are our favorite. I've even ordered it by the gallon. Plus have their stickers on my Jeep including the "I love Kimchi" which is a great conversation starter. Vegetables have great texture and the flavors are outstanding.

I have made and eaten a lot of sauerkraut and kimchi over the past twenty years, and Hosta Hill's fermented products remain at the top of my favorites list. Thank you Maddie and company for all the delicious food you grow and ferment in this world!

This brand introduced me to ferments and changed the way I eat. My favorites are gochucurry, scape and crimson krauts, and I love the hot sauces! I can't have my BBQs, breakfast tacos, salads, soups, etc without them anymore!

the ferments and bottled brine are so excellent. Great texture on the jarred ferments. They are so good for gut health. Do help yourself and small business.

I try every kim chi I can find. Hosta Hill is my favorite.I eat it every day.
