My desktop computer would not power up. Tom suggested a $5 do it yourself repair before bringing the computer in for a diagnosis. It worked. I called back to leave a thank you message. He took the time to call back and offered more helpful hints. I'm blown away by the honesty and professional courtesy that I received from Tom and this company.

Picture this... you've been slaving away to wee hours of the morning on this big work initiative and it's absolutely perfect. Your thoughts flowing you get it all down and save once or twice along the way. You then go in and add supporting advice and all the good stuff to fully execute it... you're in the home run and then the worse happens... your computer freezes. This was me. I was so panicked I tried everything I could think of and nothing worked. When I finally got it back on... all my work was gone. I got on my phone and frantically searched google and when that didn't work ran to linkedin. I called Tom the next day and explain everything. He was so calm and patient. He felt really confident that he'd be able to help and get all my work back. So glad I stumbled across him. I met him later that day and sure enough in the matter of an hour he had it all figured out. Highly recommend! My second encounter with Tom was a year or two later. One day I got home after being out all day and I noticed that my front door top deadbolt lock was moved and the door was slightly opened. It nearly scared me to death. I immediately called nearby family member who came by and searched the house with me. Thankfully everything was fine. But it really spooked me. In recent years I have had police stop by the house about issues at our neighbors house and ask if we had cameras to look at occurrences and we had just never gotten around to getting anything installed. It was long overdue so I thought to call Tom. I asked him about the "ring" cameras that have become so popular but wanted something more advance that could provide security for the whole home not just the doors. Turn out IES Inc is the only dealer on the east coast that can install the professional grade ring security cameras. The setup process was seamless I didn't have to worry about a thing. Even better after it was all set up Tom was kind enough to walk me through the whole system. He really cared to take the time and make sure all my questions were answered. Phenomenal work and great guy! You can trust IES Inc.

IES, Inc. was absolutely spectacular when it came time to getting my personal laptop screen repaired. I chatted with an online representative about price, and when I told him that I had found a replacement screen for nearly 100 dollars cheaper than what they quoted me with, he immediately let me know that if I ordered the screen myself, they would charge me one flat rate. As a college student in a pinch, I was extremely grateful that their services were not only affordable but also quick. My computer was fixed within an hour and a half of me dropping it off, and it looked better than brand new. IES, Inc.'s customer service is incredible, and I would recommend them to anyone. They do wonderful work. Thank you again, IES!

Want to thank Tom and his staff for doing such a great job with our online shop and our revised website. The New England Coastal Wildlife Alliance (NECWA) is a nonprofit located in southeastern MA.
