The team at SMR is top notch! Andrew Cohen has built a dynamic team with Gino, Kyle, Matt and the rest of group. They are keenly responsive to requests for support as well as insightful in setting IT strategies for your company's needs. I especially like the ability for me to schedule the timing on help desk tickets to accommodate my schedule. We switched our third-party IT service provider over a year ago. The transition was seamless and we have zero regrets.

I currently have an Unbiquiti mesh wifi setup in my home. Giuseppe arrived at my home, I showed him the issue, gave him access to my Ubiquiti Unifi account and he went to work. Within fiteen minutes, Giuseppe was able to identify the issue, apply his fix and get the wifi working faster than it ever had before. Giuseppe was personable, professional and quite capable.
