Terrible software, terrible support. Practices need to STOP SUBSCRIBING TO THIS TRASH! Cheapest doesn't mean the best option. Headaches trying to work through the software. The buttons don't work, the FAQ directs you to use paths that DONT EXIST. The app can't link my account with my practice. I can't update personal information, my address from 3 years ago in another state with the wrong insurance is locked into my account. The update button DOES NOT EXIST! Your YouTube help video doesn't even show you how to access features, it just talks and shows the homepage without walking through the steps visually. I can read the FAQ, I'm not watching a video to hear people talk.

Horrible product for doctor/patient communications. My husband is an Enterprise Information Architect at one of the biggest law firms in the world so we use apps for everything. The people who wrote this program clearly never had real people try it out to find the places it doesn't work before they began selling it. I have to reset my password every single time I use the app. Really??? SO incredibly frustrating.

The app barely works, as long as you don't have anything complicated. The website is trash. It has obvious bugs like giving error messages telling you to fill in fields that you already filled instead of taking action. It doesn't have a login button like every other website in the world. Trying to use the contact form to get help redirects you to my.eclinicalworks.com login instead of actually submitting the help request.

Login issues. Go through the logon, obtaining the practice code. Go through that to get a message that I have the wrong code to contact the doctors office for the code. My suggestion is for your company e replaced with MyChart.

I swear you people do not know how to fix your own apps. It's been one problem after another for months now and now I can't even send anything to my doctor. It's ridiculous that your company is this bad at fixing things.

Healow's website doesn't let me login using Chrome or Firefox. Healow sucks. Their bad customer support will tell you to reset your password and try another browse but they already know that desktop login doesn't work for them. Did I say Healow suck? Yep.

Whoever administers this system in my area should be fired. There is a significant gap between the medical practice, patients, and IT. As a patient with two different practices using this app, I see other problems from both practices, and the issues fall into the black hole. In one practice, the data entry people fat finger elements such as patients' names or phone numbers, making it impossible for the patient to sign on or reset passwords. The data entry staff has no idea how vital certain data elements are regarding the patients accessing the system as they have different views of the screens. On the other hand, the patient is at a dead end with no way to resolve the problem other than to take screen prints and drive to the practice in hopes they'll draw some logical conclusions. Those critical elements should require validation. In the other practice, system validations never reach the patient, such as the validate email. It goes nowhere. There have to be some ever-growing error logs somewhere that are not getting monitored. The medical staff don't know how to solve these technical issues. This is only two practices. I can imagine the plague of frustration that must be out there. If this company charges by user I will bet half are ghost accounts due to the lack of usability.

The worst company ever. Stay away they have tricks and policies to keep your money and never let you cancel. This was the worst decision. Go to a regular doctor because they are not legitimate. I have never had so much trouble with a company
