I'm always weary of tech companies. They are either too expensive, even to get started, or incompetent in that their knowledge base is limited. I was pleasantly surprised with this company ant it's CEO. He took the time to talk to me to analyse my issue and made a recommendation. I felt very comfortable with him and the company and will recommend and use them in the future.

These days office technology has moved past the point where owners can manage it themselves. I have used several companies in the past however have stuck with Triton since 2014 when my company experienced a major data loss. Trav and the team were able to recover my data which if it wasn't recovered would have been catastrophic. Where others failed Triton stepped up. We use triton to manage and protect our data, manage our server, provide and keep up to date our hardware and software, and provide security to our digital devices. Triton is reasonably priced (not cheap, but fair and you get what you pay for) and better then most MSP's out there. Data security and managed services in a modern work environment is going to be pretty big expense for any company however that cost pales in comparison the cost of recovering data or even worse not recovering it. You need to be proactive in protecting your data and I would suggest Triton to anyone in need.
