The service technicians had been exceptional! Office was efficient and friendly. Technicians Knowledgable and skilled technions with a full exterior and interior connect w running line to home. They took care with ensuring andscaping back in place. Also, the technicians cologne smelled great! Would give 5 stars but Internet I do get some streaming delay or the spinning wheel at times.

So far my experience with them has been pleasant. I was referred by a coworker who uses them and is happy with her service. I went with them because Xfinity caps their internet at 200Mbps here, which isn't as fast as I'd like. I'm getting 250Mbps for $60/mo. (I have my own modem), with NO contract! Xfinity couldn't beat that - the CS rep nearly had a heart attack when I tried to get a better deal.

The gentleman that came and hooked the internet up was very good and knowledgeable. I can't say as much for the internet, it goes offline quite often, and sometimes it takes a long time for it to quit spinning and the program to begin. I didn't expect that with having higher mgb's. I do notice that the download speed was at 54mgb's. Thought it would be faster with having 500 min for the service. To be fair I have not called them yet to discuss the issue.

D & P just installed fiber internet in my home. I have to say it was a good experience. There was no wait on the phone any time that I called. Shannon, the customer service representative, was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. The installer was timely and efficient. He helped me log in to to my computer and showed me the ins and outs of the system. So far, very pleased with D & P Communications!

Decent internet for being in the country. Horrible customer service. Have had them for about year now bought a router from them when service was installed. Router is under a year old but linksys somehow says the warranty was up over 6 months ago and that the unit is refurbished according to their system. D and P swears its new when installed either way I now have to buy a new router. Thanks for nothing D and P.

The customer service is friendly & their tech support. However, we have to have them come out once a year & always get told its our router. How the hell is that when I buy the recent up to date router? The previous owners had d&p. When we bought this home there was existing lines. The installers just put a split in that line. The line is more than likely old. Also, I have seen lightning hit where the line is ran from the pole the little satellite box is. Now school is going remote & my daughter can't use her school laptop since our internet is so messed up. I've tried calling and got no where. I was suggested wifi extender pods from a tech but those will not work where I live. I've had it. My brother works for Comcast. So wish they'd take over.

We switched from xfinity when we moved because they didn't offer any of the Detroit based channels we were used to. D&P does. So far we are happy. We lost on demand recently but I have heard a lot of cable companies are doing this. Idk. Going to inquire. Overall customer service has been great as well as service.
