Their uptime has been absolutely rock-solid -- I never have to stress about my servers going down, which is something you don't fully appreciate until you've dealt with bad hosts in the past. Anytime I put in a ticket or need help with something, they respond fast and actually get things done right the first time. It's clear they know what they're doing, and they're super professional about it too. They've helped me with configurations and setups that I would've had a hard time handling on my own. Their user interface for managing servers is really clean and easy to use. I'm not a full-time server admin by any means, but they make it so that you don't have to be -- everything just makes sense.
