I love the Waymark site. It makes it so easy to make a quick nice looking commercial at a great price for the client. I works great when you have a quick turn around. The changes that have been made where you can brand it with the clients own information and put a voice over on it is a great new feature. Thank you Waymark for making a great product.

I'm pretty good at making ads but this was awesomely quick compared to my own creations! Loved the quality and options and ability to change my text and pics AND try a few layouts before choosing the winner! My only suggestion is to possibly keep the price at the promotional price I received to use it. I won't spend $100 because I'm able to create similar quality but you bet your buns I'll do it for $50! I was under the impression that I was only paying a one time fee of $99.00 but was put on a reoccurring plan. I notice the day that the charge came out of my account. I contacted the company and explained to them that I was not aware that I was signing up for a reoccurring charge. I asked to be refunded and Ariel told me there was no way that she could provide a refund. I am sure that she could have refunded the charge but just chose not to. I have paid for 3 videos and was satisfied with them but did not want to sign up for a reoccurring charge.

service, very square, and your payment is deceptive, I buy for an advertised price and turn out another, I leave very bad taste in my mouth, because the video is not the wow! for such a high cost, and I do not know if they are advertised internationally, they must have consultants who answer in Spanish, since they are supposed to be international, the client can not clarify when they do not speak English, because their company does not provide services in Spanish , they must have trained personnel for both languages. I'm disappointed.

I had issues with viewing the demo video. Bought the video anyway to see the finish finish product. I noticed that the video hadn't updated a key word that I changed in the form online. So I emailed them asking if it was possible to update/edit for the correct word. Their policy is that no additional changes can be made (understandable) after purchase. However, for the single word it was allowed to be updated and resent to me. I really appreciated this outcome and the email exchanges feel real and genuine. Like a real human is on the other end. I found this company through a video ad on Facebook while watching a random video about horses doing silly things horses do.

I purchased a video yesterday for social media advertising, and a lot of people was impressed with it, but "social media" didn't allow some of the zoomed-in body parts in the video... I contacted the support and without a question, they refunded the full amount. I definately will buy again.

Have had amazing exposure for so cheap!!! They are always available to help you obtain your business marketing goals. Much better than boosting an ad for so much more $$!! This is the way to go.

Our company have Been using Waymark since inception when they were called SocialProof. They are Creative, innovative, responsive and current. Their new Videos are the bomb. Keep up the good work.
