These guys started off great, they had a pay per call system that we loved. Then 3 months or so into the agreement they did a bait and switch with their system. For 6 months they averaged our usage and billed us without any evidence of value. Luckily our accountant brought it to our attention and we ended the relationship. BUYER BEWARE!! They are likely to take your money without any evidence of performance or benefit. Again the original setup was great, we could look at call logs and listen to recordings to verify we had actual calls. Now they show you how many people viewed your ad without any evidence of further action. Just know what your getting. You are paying them a premium for browser search placement with other businesses in the area getting basically the same benefit. My opinion.... Save your money and put it on Google Ads. I have been using Hometown for about 3 years and have seen my demolition business grow each year. The service they provide is like a small local business, you can speak to them personally, they fix issues quickly, and they are more then fair. The best lead service I have used, and the only one I currently use. I even give their name and website to callers looking for a service I don't provide or from an area to far away.
