My Internet was not working at all and when they told me that they were sending someone out, I was extremely nervous because I am not used to having strangers in my home. Mario quickly put my fears to rest. He was so professional and kind, even offering to show me what he was doing, and explaining how everything worked. He quickly found the issue and solved it waaaaay faster than I imagined it would be fixed. I cannot express how amazing his service was. Idk who reads this but ask for Mario. Really cool guy. Also, someone PLEASE get this man a raise. He definitely deserves it

Stellar broadband has the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I'm going to say it again to emphasize: stellar has the best customer service I've ever dealt with. After submitting a help ticket, Andrew gave me a call the following morning, and I only wish I knew how lucky I was from the get go. He helped diagnose why I was only getting 100 mb for well over an hour, called me back after figuring out the problem to make sure everything worked, and even laughed at my poor attempts at humor--and it was clear it wasn't about the job for him, but making sure customers would get the highest speeds they possibly could because he felt they deserve it. Andrew believed in me more than I did. This review probably sounds like a joke but I wouldn't have spent this much time on it if it wasn't worth it. I was already excited to switch to stellar before I even knew the prices, because any fiber provider is going to beat Comcast, but their staff sealed the deal. Thanks, Andrew. Sorry for the delay. Company: Stellar has fast speeds, is very reliable and fair. Great service!! Customer Service/IT: (Andrew) There's already a million reviews about Andrew but if you call and he picks up rest assured your problem will be resolved quickly and painlessly. On top of this, he is very friendly and easy to talk to, and even taught me a lot about networks, including a lot of procedures to test and fix my own issues in the future. Awesome dude who totally deserves a raise and extra PTO. Thanks for the help Andrew!!

Stellar broadband is only good when it works. Sure, they have an impressive wifi speed, but during the one year that I used stellar, I've had three separate occasions where the wifi cut off completely for unknown reasons. It took them 3~4 days to fix the wifi each time they went offline, and they offered absolutely no compensation for the inconvenience. Terrible service and very inconsistent wifi quality. Use at your own risk...

Tyler did great helping me get my nat type open. I've been having issues with gaming an double nat/strict an couldn't figure it out for the life of me but he fixed it in 10 min easy

I just got Stellar internet at my new apartment, and I was having a lot of trouble getting my phone and tv to connect and tried chatting online with multiple different people with no luck, but today I got connected with Asia and she helped me get everything connected and was super sweet and patient with me. I would 1000000% recommend Asia's service!! Thank you so much!

I have fought with Comcast and Xfinity for years because of their awful connections and service. They simply cannot provide the excellent internet/WiFi they advertise. Once I said "Forget these ungulates," and connected to Stellar? ... I haven't had one issue. Not one. With Xfinity there was an issue every single day.

My apartment complex has a contract with Stellar, so all tenants are forced to use them. The internet is fast when it works, but it is not that stable compared to other providers I've had. Typically the internet goes down once every 1-2 months, and when down it can be for hours to a full day. Additionally, their internet needs to be reset pretty often due to getting consistent ping spikes of 300+ It's interfering enough that you can notice it when just browsing the internet or even streaming on Netflix. Your video will keep pixelating. The worst part is having to rely on tech support for assistance. Their tech support closes at 5pm on weekdays, only has 1 person in office on Saturday and no one in office on Sunday. So if your internet goes down or has issues, if you're calling into the customer support after 5pm or on the weekend then all the customer support person can do is open a ticket and tell you 'they'll get to it tomorrow when they're back in the office'. Not sure what kind of provider in this day and age doesn't have 24/hr tech support, especially when most people don't get home till after 5pm which is when they would discover their internet at home has an issue. I'm having an issue right now and it's a Saturday, Customer Support notified me "We only have 1 technician in on Saturdays, but the technician for today is out sick so they will get to your ticket first thing Monday". Considering the frequency of repeated issues I've had with this provider in just one year, the lack of available support and the price they charge for service, I would not recommend them to anyone. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because when the internet is working properly, it is fast. But having to call in to have your internet reset every 3 weeks or so, plus the occasional internet outtage... Not worth it
