I have reached out to them via email and voicemail to have a major problem with my app resolved and no one has ever gotten back to me. Collectively it's been a couple months. Update- they responded to the review - they're no longer in business. They claimed I refused the continued maintenance program. But I recall that conversation vividly and I remember that there was an interruption at one point and I was unaware of how things worked at that time being new to the app world. So I told them to bill me for the maintenance and I opted for the longer program - which was whatever price and things started working again. Then we never received a bill. Out of sight out of mind and very busy we assumed then it must be an annual billing. But that apparently never happened either. Failure on both ends I guess. But I will say that when it was working it was great. Our clients loved ordering via the app making everyone's lives easier. I wish their team success in future endeavours. If someone from Biznet reads this it would be helpful if they could help direct us by possibly unlocking the data for the existing app and recommending a different company.
