Worst most unprofessional company ever! The owner Gerald is so condescending and rude. When I hired this company I asked Gerald Rucker about how long it would take to redesign my current website, he told me approximately 1 week. I paid (up front & in full) for the site. Well 4 weeks into the project, he wouldn't answer my text or calls for an update. When he finally texted me back he said that he couldn't finish my site and that he would give me the files and for me to have another company finish it up. He refused to refund my payment and was very rude. I had to contact PayPal to get a refund on services that were NEVER rendered. **BEWARE**

10 out 10! GR Web has assisted us in launching our new e-biz. They developed and maintain our e-commerce business along with creating marketing materials for all of our marketing channels. Great Biz and highly recommended!

I wish I would have read the previous review before paying this Jerry Rucker motherxxxxxx. This guy promised they could design and develop my app, I knew it was going to be a complex assignment so I tried not to rush it. 5 months later he shows me what I expected 2 weeks in, but since we share the same complexion and I made some modifications to the site I gave him a pass. 4 months later (lol) after him partcialy dodging my calls and text he said "lm really close, I need your server credentials"...........While attempting to track this guy down I went to this address and 2 others. If someone would tell me what rock he is under I will most certainly show my appreciation.
