I've been working with the company in some capacity for nearly 20 years and learn something new in every interaction I've ever had. More than that, they are a value-centered organization that you will be proud to partner with. They've built this company the right way. An impactful community leader and employer of choice.

My Atomic Object experience was fueled by a supportive team, great friendships, high work standards, and open dialogue. In my experience, employees were regularly expected to turn out high quality work but it was always paired with personal freedom. Employees were seen as fully human, able to create and innovate the details surrounding how that quality work was produced. As a new mother, they supported a schedule that allowed me the time I needed to balance my work and family life. 10 years ago that outlook was innovative, progressive, and somewhat scary for employers. AO wasn't afraid to explore that uncharted territory. Atomic Object cares about the community it inhabits and the company strives to build long term relationships with the people that partner with it, both clients and employees. I'm lucky for my time there.
