The owners seem to hire managers for the parks and don't seem to care how the parks are managed the one I live in there is no manager even on the premises. They just want to make the park look good to Future renters to make money, not to make it a pleasant community for the people that live there. I recommend checking out the communities and talk to the residents before moving in. Evidently times they are changing.

You have a realitor karen dante that is rude, lazy, unmotivate, and is extremely greedy. she is more worried about her percentage on a sell than trying to make a sell! I see why she has so many unsold homes. If it was not for her attitude we would have bought a home for our mother in cranbery lakes. After telling office of our experience, they where able to find us a home in a pleasant friendly manor, with out the "im too busy" attitude and rudeness! Karen has many addresses and none are registered just a p o. Box, hmmm. She is a shady lady. If you can find a different realitor please save your self a headache.

We were able to sell our home in Mesa Shadows in a month with the use of MNVillage site. Web site is very consumer friendly and guides you through the the complete set up. We were able to run open house any time we were home supported by a FOR SALE BY OWNER sign in front of home as a result we had a high traffic count view our home.

MHVillage is a great site for posting homes for sale. It generates a ton of leads and is very easy to navigate. I recommend MHVillage to potential buyers or renters looking for their next home!

You'll need to buy their Premium service to sell effectively (otherwise the pictures you can post of your home are severely limited), but it's worth it! So much cheaper than a real estate agent. Their site looks great and must be well-trafficked, because we found a buyer for our home within a week of posting.

Listed our home for sale and received a lead that lead to a sale within the first 24 hours. The leads are sent directly to your email which was quite convenient. Listing through MH Village allowed our ad to be one the top search results in our area and that proved very beneficial. The extra informational material and appraisal that they provided were an added bonus and were helpful with understanding the sale process for manufactured home. I would highly recommend using this site to list your manufactured home.

Premium product web listing is affordable and effective. Not all that intuitive, I had to ask for help on a couple things, but the help was quick and very detailed. Loved the unlimited number of pictures and ease of updating the listing. By the time I received the rather bare-bones "marketing kit" and it's included window for sale sign, (I'd suggest adding a pamphlet/flyer window box to the kit, which would be very useful), I had already bought a for sale sign at the hardware store. (This was bought even before listing the home on the website.) I had ordered a market analysis/valuation report months before listing the home on the site because the home needed a lot of work. The report was very thorough and I thought a good value for the price as well as being very accurate - 6 months later the buyer's bank sent their own appraisers out and the house appraised at equal or more than what the report appraised it for. Just be very careful to be accurate when counting all the upgrades in the home for the report. # of ceiling fans, "home like doors" vs. trailer style doors, etc. Also, I had trouble at first getting the full discount - the entire report price was supposed to be deducted from the cost of the online for sale listing - but after contacting customer service over the issue of only crediting me with half, an additional credit was issued. Overall, I'm rather satisfied with the website and it's valuation reports.
