Best Way Pack & Send

Using this service as a mail delivery for our business. Our annual fee renewal hit our credit card without so much as an email notice or invoice. Today, we received an email to pickup a package, a returned order with an incorrect address. In order to do so, we had to pick a 5 minute window of when we would be coming to collect, so we did, and drove down there to arrive within the window only to be greeted by a rude agent that was completely overwhelmed, with disheveled packages and just all around looking like a pig sty and smelling like a gym locker. Then we were told "I don't know where your package is! I am all alone here and don't know where the owner is!" literally yelling at my wife. Wasted gas, no package (which would have cost us $1 dollar to pickup, what's our yearly fee for then? Why do I have to pay to drive their and pick up a package to for me, literally the second piece of mail received in over a year?), and rude service; why should I remain a customer?

I have been using Best Way Pack & Send for (4) years now to receive mail for my business. I found them when I started my business working out of my home. Now I have a building, and I still use them for my mail and shipping needs. They are more reliable than the USPS! Helen is wonderful, and always answers my emails promptly!

Despite their busy schedules, the staff is friendly, proactive, and helpful. My home business address is protected by using this drop off address, which is very safe. For a reasonable fee, you are protected and your mail is safe. Since I started using this service four years ago, I have never had an issue.

I had an oddly sized package and needed an oddly sized box so I headed to this place down the block from my house instead of any of the big-name shipping stores themselves. I received exceptional service at a reasonable price which is exactly what I was hoping for. I will definitely use them again!

Helen makes shipping and sending back returns so easy that it's almost, dare I say, enjoyable?! BWPS is as professional as they come and I cannot recommend their services enough. They also have super fun greeting cards for any occasion! Bonus: if you ride horses there is no better equestrian store anywhere!

I love this local Grosse Pointe Park business! Need to mail a letter, buy stamps, send a package? This is the Best Way to do it - avoid the lines at the Post Office. They also handle UPS. This is such a great time saver for me. I've dropped off UPS packages at a UPS store recently, and noticed that for some reason it took much longer for them to reach the destination than when I send them from Best Way. Also available for purchase - greeting cards!

I know nothing about shipping household goods to my to Bulgarian in-laws. This company does not either. They may be good for domestic shipping but I won't risk it. I found them to be untruthful and apathetic about helping me and no follow up: poor customer service. Two months and 300.00 later, my package won't be delivered. The carrier was DHL: Horrible, horrible.
