Liquid Web's customer service is severely lacking. They don't read through the support tickets, leading to many frustrating misunderstandings. Each time I have a question on one support thread, a different agent attempts to answer, so they end up repeating the same unhelpful answers 20 times. It is not worth anyone's time and money to use their services. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different hosting platform.

I have been a loyal Liquid Web customer for over 12 years, but they have instituted changed over the past year that has even got their tech department complaining. Their latest billing change now makes it so that customers who don't pay their bill one day after it is created are considered 'overdue' by Liquid Web. They have gone from a Net 15 days company to Net 0 and are requiring customers to put in some form of payment card or Paypal account number in the account which is then forced into AutoPay. I spoke directly with an Account Services Specialist and had this confirmed. By forcing customers to put a credit card or Paypal, they will then bill you immediately on day bill is created. Even companies as bad as Xfinity give you 30 days to pay your bill. As I had an old credit card listed on my account I received a scary e-mail stating that if I didn't immediately pay my bill, my service would be disconnected. I have paid the same way for 12 years and now Liquid Web is saying you must pay immediately or else we will cut you off. This is why they are now losing customers and gaining the reputation hey have. It's sad as they were the only hosting company our news site promoted.
