Most terrible service I've ever seen. Websites been down for my agency for 8 hours now their excuse is a drive went out. This is the most absurd thing ever heard. I even paid additional for dedicated support and more!

Liquid Web's customer service is severely lacking. They don't read through the support tickets, leading to many frustrating misunderstandings. Each time I have a question on one support thread, a different agent attempts to answer, so they end up repeating the same unhelpful answers 20 times. It is not worth anyone's time and money to use their services. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different hosting platform.

I have been with Liquid Web for a couple of years now, and I can unquestionably say they are solid! Hard to believe that you can always get someone on the phone, no matter the time of day. Even better, their support staff is great. Everyone is professional and patient. I am glad I found them, and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a Hosting Company. Their claim to "Heroic Support" is no joke, they mean it!

Best hosting company I've dealt with to date. Tech support is top-notch, data rates are very good and downtime has been near zero. Not the cheapest solution out there but more than worth what we pay them.

I started my tenure as a customer of Liquid Web Inc while I was performing a contract with the development staff. I could have set up a test account to exercise my code, but instead, I authorized my business to establish an account. I have been a happy customer ever since! It has always been a pleasure working with this team of heroes!

I have been a loyal Liquid Web customer for over 12 years, but they have instituted changed over the past year that has even got their tech department complaining. Their latest billing change now makes it so that customers who don't pay their bill one day after it is created are considered 'overdue' by Liquid Web. They have gone from a Net 15 days company to Net 0 and are requiring customers to put in some form of payment card or Paypal account number in the account which is then forced into AutoPay. I spoke directly with an Account Services Specialist and had this confirmed. By forcing customers to put a credit card or Paypal, they will then bill you immediately on day bill is created. Even companies as bad as Xfinity give you 30 days to pay your bill. As I had an old credit card listed on my account I received a scary e-mail stating that if I didn't immediately pay my bill, my service would be disconnected. I have paid the same way for 12 years and now Liquid Web is saying you must pay immediately or else we will cut you off. This is why they are now losing customers and gaining the reputation hey have. It's sad as they were the only hosting company our news site promoted.

I'm a professional web developer and have worked with nearly every hosting provider. Liquidweb provides the best support period. There isn't even a close second. Thanks Liquidweb for your years of great service.
