He is professional and always available to help keep my website up to date and with the hard times the businesses have had, has given new refreshing ideas to help build and maintain business . Leaves comments on other types of businesses google reviews bashing their website designs that they have representing their business. VERY unprofessional. No Business etiquette. Not a good way to try to get business.
