ClickBid Event Fundraising

We have used ClickBid for the first time for our online silent auction last winter. It was a BIG auction with many items... and a lot of questions as this was a new platform. It was an excellent experience! Not only the support from the ClickBid team was fast and extremely helpful, the production of the auction from our side of the computer screen was pretty easy! AND - this is a key part of our satisfaction - our bidders LOVED the platform. We received many comments about how easy it was to "shop", how nice it looked, and how checkout was a breeze. We tried two other platforms before, and this one is so far superior to both of them. As a small nonprofit with a very small team, using ClickBid was a great experience. We are looking forward to our next online silent auction in October! Thank you!

ClickBid is a fantastic online auction program. I've been a customer of theirs for many years and will continue to renew our subscription. I've participated in many online auction apps and programs, ClickBid is the best and easiest to use. The back end navigation is intuitive to use. When I have a question, the customer service is quick and accurate. I simply can't say enough good things about this product. *Bonus* They are a Michigan-based company!

Been using Clickbid for a charity golf event for probably 5 or 6 years now. We love working with Clickbid. Easy to use software that has been improved each year. Support is fast and excellent. Fees are reasonable. Our group of volunteers operates the software before, on the day of, and after our golf tournament. Highly recommend Clickbid to any group that is willing to put in the effort. They may offer other packages that provide more support, but we have learned to operate the software.
