American Speedy Printing

We have been using American Speedy Printing in Rochester for many years and have always been extremely pleased with the service. We are a local business and Bill always completes our orders promptly even on short notice or when we have large orders. He is always friendly and does a wonderful job!

Came in late in the day with a project needing completed quickly. They were so helpful and went over and above that make sure we got what we needed with a request that wasn't straight forward. The project came out better than expected, would not hesitate to utilize their services again and would 100% recommend to others.

Great customer service! Behind on getting copy ready for a printing deadline, I called and spoke with the office manager. Even though it was nearly closing time, she agreed to wait for me to fight rush hour traffic and complete the books I needed for the next day. My alternative would have been to go to a 24-hour self-service shop and pay much more. I had a lovely conversation with her and the owner while waiting for the job to finish. The books were perfect. Thank you so much, Speedy!

They bend over backwards to keep their customers satisfied. Hard to find that kind of service. And their prices are hard to beat. Owner and staff very helpful and polite. And they give out these free notepads that are great! A credit to the City of Rochester!

I wish there is a choice of negative star. The service is horrible, horrible and horrible. I came in with design. Was told the format is not good. Naturally I asked what kind format I can do, hoping the owner can give some guidance. But immediately the owner said "I am not here to teach you", so I asked "can I copy in words document and convert to PDF", then he stood up and said he would pass this order and just walked away. This is THE WORST and RUDEST service I ever seen. The store smells funky and old. There is no basic business manner.

I stopped by this past Friday to inquire about coil binding on two books. I wanted to surprise my grandfather with poetry anthologies that could lay open flat, since he has dexterity issues following a stroke. I walked in to a pleasant conversation with the owner and a quick quote. I received a courtesy call on Monday that my books were complete! The work was flawless and I can't wait to see how my grandfather enjoys reading his favorite poetry without struggle. American Speedy Printing is the REAL DEAL! Thank you so much for helping with this project.

Bill and his team are amazing. The quality American Speedy Printing produces is 10X better than any company I have ever used and also their customer service is top notch. Highly highly recommend.

Shout out to the owners of American Speedy Print in Rochester! Yesterday I unknowingly dropped some cash and a check that a friend had written to me (made out to cash) in their shop. Since they weren't sure who it belonged to, they drove to the address on the check, which was several miles away, to return it to my friend! Aside from them being a great print shop, they are good people!
