Office Evolution in Troy is perfectly located right on Big Beaver and 75. Very convenient! I got a tour this week and was impressed that they even have a podcast room. It's set up with everything you could need to record and interview guests. I'm sure I'll rent it now and then. The owner Colleen is always in and makes sure all the office suites and businesses have everything they need. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for those looking for a permanent office but don't need more space than for a few people.

They proactively reach out before each session to ensure the room is set up perfectly, always asking about coffee, table arrangements, and chair requirements. I met the owner Colleen at a networking event and she was so warm & pleasant. We scheduled a meeting at office evolution where she gave me a tour of her facility and told me all the the services she offered, I was very impressed. The space is beautiful, clean, modern and they offer a variety of office spaces and conference room sizes, along with a variety of services. Colleen later invited me to be one of the speakers at a networking event she hosted at office evolution. She was very accommodating, professional and went above and beyond to provide everything I and the others speakers needed. I highly recommend Colleen & of co-working space at office Evolution TRoy to business owners or anyone looking for a professional meeting space.

Needed a central place to work for a bit and this place showed up. The front desk lady (name escapes me) was absolutely the sweetest. She showed me the available rooms and went through pricing. Very neat how some rooms are setup; the wedding accessories business room was so cute! I opted to stick to the common areas. The internet is fast, and the coffee machines (with chai!) and nugget ice machine are some of my favorite features. The printing services are also a nice bonus. Highly recommend using Office Evolution (specifically this Troy location) for studying, meeting clients, and any mailbox services you may need for your business!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Office Evolution, the owner Colleen and the manager, Mary. I'm a small business owner and have leased co-working space in the past with a national chain. There is no comparison. This space is amazing and clean and has a wonderful, friendly group of professionals. They are open and transparent about pricing and what is included. They are flexible and helpful. So many stars!!!!

Office Evolution Troy has been a tremendous asset when it comes to offering business networking events! I own two business networking organizations in Southeast Michigan and have such an appreciation for the partnerships developed with the owners, Colleen and Brandon! They truly understand the power of networking and masterminding with people from diverse backgrounds. I can confidentally say they are part of my tribe and many others! I am also looking forward to launching a podcast in 2024 out of their podcast room! I highly recommend their podcast space so you don't have to buy your own equipment, change the esthetics of your home, nor deal with interruptions that are likely to happen when trying to do a podcast from home. Perfect for traveling professionals looking for a place to work. I spent a week working from a private office - the wifi, desk, and hardware were all great. Kitchen amenities like coffee, ice, and snacks were stellar. Everything was very clean, and the other patrons were nice and friendly. Great experience overall! The owner is great! Very attentive, helpful, and friendly.
