I started working with Zandu Consultants almost 2 months ago. At the beginning I was highly frustrated with how things were going, but in the end he went above and beyond to make sure as a customer I was satisfied. All through the process he remained calm, patient, and professional. Even those times when I felt things were being approached differently, he would ask what I want, and then professionally attend to it. His approach may look or feel different, but his process does work, and he knows what he is doing. He delivered my C of O and Architectural signed building plans as promised, and included other services that would benefit my healthcare organization at no cost. Super disappointed with how Steve the owner of the company treated one of my clients that I referred to him. Steve showed up 2 1/2 hours late to an appointment we've made. He made couple of excuses how he wrote the wrong address down even though we sent him a text message confirming the address with him. My client even bought a him Dinner as an appreciation. Steve went on about how our community is Rich etc and how he wrote down the square foot of the house wrong, etc. my client attempted to pay the difference, and Steve stated that he's for assisted living and bragged about he's wealth a little, after dragging us thru the mud for a couple of days. He refused to deliver as promised. Extremely disappointed with how he handled everything zero professionalism at all,And wasted our time.
