If I could give InBound 10-stars, I would! Last year, we hired a well-known company to update our phone system, and it turned into a complete fiasco. Frustrated, we reverted back to our outdated system. About six months later, I stumbled upon InBound, but my team and I were hesitant to make any changes after our previous experience. David, the owner, personally invited me to visit another auto repair shop to see their phone system in action and experience how seamlessly it worked. Even after that, we were still nervous about making the switch. But David was patient, informative, and always available to answer my many questions over the months. When we finally decided to switch to InBound, the transition was nearly seamless. Last week, Richie, Chris, and David ensured the process was smooth and even came to our shop to oversee the setup. There was one small hiccup after the switch, but the team quickly resolved it together. Their expertise, responsiveness, and down-to-earth approach truly stood out. We're absolutely thrilled with our new phone system and how easy it is to use. I highly recommend InBound--they exceeded all our expectations! I really enjoy our new phone system from inbound! We have been with InBound for at least a year now and I cant say enough good things about David and InBound. The corded handsets have great clarity and the cordless even has good clarity out in the parking lot. David and his team at InBound exceeded our expectations, and continue to do so, with the quality of service they provide and the ease of use we've had with their products. Just some of the things InBound has allowed us to do is hold high quality video conferences between our locations, easily text with our customers from our business line, answer our business number's from their mobile application, and monitor our phone calls quickly and easily through our online portal. InBound is second to none in the industry and we're so grateful to be working with them!

After setting up and configuring two in house PBX systems myself over the last 8 years, it was indeed a pleasure to receive an already set up and configured phone from David, plug it in and it worked out of the box. David worked with me over the next several days to configure 5 different businesses, 10 phones, all in three different buildings separated by 20+ miles and guess what? They all worked perfectly and are by for the best system I've worked with. Expert advice, stellar customer service, quality phone options and a cloud based interface, accessible from any computer with an internet connection. All my businesses now sound like we are part of a huge organization, hell bent on customer service!!

A few hiccups with our previous phone providers however, David was always available to help. David also spent lots of time helping with the setup of the phones, showing a ton of patience with this non-tech customer. Our phones have been in place for about 10 days and we love them. David at Inbound has saved me more money over time than you could imagine. He has made it possible for me to work from anywhere on Earth AND enabled me to be able to send and receive text messages on a business phone line - I didn't even know that was possible! Highly recommended.

I was referred to inbound by another business owner so I expected good service and I got.. Great service! I really am a tough critic of service level since I run a service business as well. The quality of the phones are good too, and I like the price. Switched from our old provider, saved money, and got better service. Highly recommend!
