I am very pleased with Krause productions. Steven has always been there when I needed help with my website he responds back to you very quickly he does a very outstanding job getting you back up online . Stephen did a PHENOMINAL job building a website for my daughters. I made a dozen or so phone calls looking for a website designer and of those called, Stephen contacted me back ( only 2 of the 12 I reached out to got back to me) and I explained my needs/wants. He listened, offered a few suggestions and off we went. His communication thru the entire process was great. He implemented all of my ideas, offered some of his own and the collaborative effort he displayed was very welcomed. The simple idea grew a little larger than expected but Stephen didn't push back on my ideas, incorporated the changes and updated me every time he made an update. My project wasn't very large but he prioritized it as if it were the only one he was working on. He got to know about my family through the process and ultimately, invested in hit like it was for his own. I couldn't be more happy with the results and all of the feedback I have gotten from friends and family regarding the website has been wonderful! 10/10, would recommend!
