Downtown Computer had the look of a business only IT service center and all I needed was a 25ft ethernet cable, but after a quick call I was on my way to pick it up. Not only do they offer a slew of business services, they're also a general tech store offering products ranging from surveillance, computers, accessories, networking, computer repair, recovery, e.t.c. I spoke with a person by phone who was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as another consultant at the store with the same demeanor. Had a quick look at some quality built custom PCs, standard desktops, cords and accessories. Would totally give Downtown Computer a perfect rating, but the selection was a little limited and I did end up paying double the rate for the cable. Also noticed a pretty substantial markup on pretty much everything. Do note that they have some great deals on used keyboards, mice, and cables though. With the perfect location, I'll definitely be back!

Whether it was the customer service or the quality of work, the team and staff here at downtown computer were beyond what i expected. I presented the problem and what i have tried to do to fix an issue with my personal computer, the staff (George) took it and ran with it. It did take a little longer than expected but that was not at the hand of them. All in all i can use my personal computer without any bios issues or any issues in general. AND they were able to keep all my personal files which is just a little add on that i appreciate greatly. 10/10 recommend downtown computer for any computer troubleshooting needs.

I have worked with DTC for many years, personally, with my Mac, and professionally. I have always been impressed with their service. The technicians are skilled, easy to talk with, explain things so you can understand and have been great to work with all the way around. I highly recommend them.

These guys are the best! Quick service! Solved our router issues and helped us set up complicated port forwarding.

We were having trouble with our estimating program at our collision repair shop for quite some time. The program we use is heart of our business and for the longest time we talked with multiple people trying to help with no real solution to our problem. I was loosing hope. Downtown Computer was our saving grace . I would like to thank their technician Andrew especially who did everything in his power to fix our problems. He worked direct with our database tech support and internet provider to figure this out and he kept me well informed when nobody else did calling almost daily to see if things were improving. That's exceptional service that is hard to find! Downtown Computer 5 stars in my book!

I am so thrilled with Downtown Computer! I have worked with them for many years (10+) to take care of my personal and business computers and trust them completely. From a severely disabling computer hack, to purchasing 2 new laptops, a new desktop, extra monitor, docking station, updated software programs, and simply jumping in remotely to my computers to deal with a Malware issue or three, Jane Saylor is absolutely THE best!! I wouldn't trust anyone else. Sincerely, Jane has continually gone above and beyond to make sure my business system and files are secure, that I have enough storage to maintain files worth 6 figures, to make sure I have solid, durable equipment that holds up to heavy use and travel, and can rescue our systems immediately in an emergency. The woman has PATIENCE and is MUCH smarter than the 'average bear'! I never have concerns about their access to my files, and they're WELL worth the 75-mile drive I make when I need something taken care of in person. Their prices are competitive - sometimes BETTER - than any competition out there. There has never, ever been an issue they can't take care of, and I've never had any service from them that I would have rated under 5-stars! I'll never go anywhere else - especially with Jane Saylor on board. (The guys are pretty stellar, too! :-) )

I initially called Downtown Computer for a repair on my 2008 laptop (it was 2020 at the time). I convinced myself that it was time to get with the times and upgrade. They helped me out considerably with very friendly and honest staff as I am not that computer savvy. I upgraded to a new laptop and a desktop large screen monitor. which they had in stock. Jane Sayler, the IT Tech did a wonderful job transferring important files (some of which legally need to be kept for five years), all pictures and anything of importance to me and my business and is very helpful even after my purchase. I also love that she will do remote support if needed. I would definitely refer anyone to go to Downtown Computer for all of your techie needs.
