Poor service levels. Account managers do not check email frequently you're better off calling in. Cherwell portal (ticketing system they have in place) is an absolute mess and extremely slow. The CSS in the header bar on the Cherwell portal breaks daily, have to bust cache every time I log in it feels like. If a ticket is opened by the automated system and you comment on it they get auto deleted or someone is closing them without even reading responses. Only goal is to close all the tickets on your account, had a long standing ticket which they just force closed eventually.

Update Two: They now don't do emails either and I was forced to find a new provider. So I did. Then I got a bill months later for our "final month" Update One: As my review below still stands that I wasn't happy the way they ended web hosting and spent far too much time learning the complicated web hosting world. They did help me through a issue with our emails. They stuck with me when I know they wanted to give up. We had been with "Visi" prior to becoming OneNeck. For over 20 years they have hosted our web page and email's. Great customer service and typically got an answer within a hour or so. However, we were just hit with a letter that they are no longer going to be hosting our web page. They gave us about a month to figure out the complicated web hosting world. AND migrate our webpage because all of the data we have will be deleted. We are a small business and don't have an I.T. person around that is proficient in such matters. If they would had gave us a notice of a few months it would had been nice so we could do our research and "sign" a new contract with someone. The "help" they sent was a link to CNET, TechRadar and PCMag reviews for other hosting companies. It's like starting over. I bet our terms don't go down now that they are only doing half the service. Just email and not hosting.

Wide variety of services with detailed security. I am not a customer yet, but was impressed with the staff and how they responded to questions and concerns.

Love is a strong word for a DC, but the staff is great and access is secure.
