REACH Media Network

Marc and his team did a tremendous job of getting our agency set up with REACH Media. We needed a presence in our offices that we have throughout the state and on our main campus Product is easy to set up and maintain/update.

Our company has been using the REACH system for a number of years now. I would absolutely recommend it to any company looking for an easy and effective way to electronically communicate to their employees. We used a competing company prior to REACH and it was cumbersome and not user friendly. The REACH system is just the opposite. Once you have your content created, you can have it published in a matter of a couple minutes. Very easy and quick to do. You can schedule content for weeks in advance if you like. We use it on screens throughout our campus as well as screens in our cafeteria to display daily specials, etc. REACH was very easy to work with to create custom templates for our campus. And if we ever need a change or want to update the template, they are just an email away. Any issues that we have are always taken care of promptly. They have been very responsive in all aspects. We started with just a few screens and we currently have 20+ at our campus. Long story short...I highly recommend them for your digital communication partner.

REACH has been a valuable tool for our business. We can have our 400+ employees informed instantly of changes or news they need to see. We use it for scheduling, breakroom announcements, and our lobby. This saves us time and money when we need to get info out there. I can't believe how easy to set up and use it is. Even with very little computer knowledge you can get this up and running in minutes. In the 2 years we've had it we haven't had an issue with connecting to the main cloud server for content, we only had 1 device freeze and we just unplugged it and turned it back on and it worked perfectly. Customer service is excellent, quick response times and knowledgeable techs working at REACH. We will be buying more of these in the future for sure!

I've used REACH for the last 2 years for the campus monitors my institution of employment uses. The system is easy-to-use and I appreciate the templates and stock images they already have established. The system is user friendly if you've never used it before. My favorite thing about REACH has been the customer service. When I have a question, I'm provided a fast, accurate response. They go above and beyond to not only answer my question, but provide me with additional resources for future use. I can't say enough good things about the way in which they approach supporting their clients. They are exceptional.

Easy to use, responsive software that fits our business needs perfectly! I love that REACH offers user-friendly features, so any member of our staff can make changes in an emergency. Customer service is always reliable. They also offer training for new users and are quick to respond to questions or needs.

The customer service is great and the software is easy to use and to pick up. They integrate different ideas and are constantly updating to meet new needs. I would highly recommend REACH as a company to take your displays to the next level. Our display has our logo, the weather forecast, the date and time, and allows us to show our daily schedule digital flyers, in between display inserts of their design. A great experience overall and a great company to work with.

Speaking on a personal level, I have used REACH at our branch for about two years and have found it an incredibly effective way to get information directly to our target audience. People notice changes and new program announcements, bringing almost immediate comments. Their customer service alone would merit five stars , responsive, timely, knowledgeable and friendly - anytime I have a problem they have been of ready service. The system itself is best used by someone with some background in CAD or layout and design, but once learned it navigates well.
