My installer was very courteous, friendly, and efficient. He explained everything to me before he did any work, including the extra charges for the pole and trenching. He was meticulous, and left absolutely no mess when he finished! He is a keeper! He needs a promotion and a raise! He was the most pleasant installer I have met in a number of years!!! I am very hard of hearing so I do not know his name. He is definitely a 5 star installer!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Andre Loneman. He called ahead, showed up on time, asked us where we would like the booster, offered to sync all our devices AND when I told him my car battery needed a jump, he didn't even flinch. He just hooked us up. I would like to add a tip but haven't figured out yet. He was amazing and kind, and I hope he gets the kudos he deserves from his higher ups. Never met a nicer man.

Nicky was the absolute best! He did everything for me and I didn't have to worry about anything. Stayed in touch so I knew what was going on the whole time. Very awesome experience. Can't say enough about how easy he made everything for me! Our installer was awesome as well. Very fast and helpful. He did an excellent job and made the whole stranger in my house thing much more comfortable than most.

The installation went smoothly. That is 5 star rating. I realized I had been duped by the sales person when the installer says, you might need to upgrade your plan. I called into customer service today. You get a series of menus. Finally after 2 submenus I hung up. I finally got some one on the phone. I was so frustrated at that point I hung up. 2 hours later the issue isn't solved.

Experience was positive. Customer service is very helpful. I received my equipment promptly hooked it up & am happy that I did. We have 7 devices connected to the server & all are working well. I have great expectations for when we travel in the fall. Thank you Commlogix

Nikki handled our order was great professionalism, gave us great service, and answered all our questions satisfactorily. She also told us that if we weren't had happy we had 30 days to have the huge nut removed. She did great!

Had Internet installed. Technician was friendly and quick. He also returned a call from me when I couldn't get my computer to work. I had forgotten to plug in the charging cable to get power to laptop I'm using. He helped me as I wasn't sure what was wrong. I appreciated what he did. I highly recommend the technician who took care of what I need. Give stars to him.

So far so good!! Installer was here on time, super nice guy, answered all my questions and did a really nice install! Speeds are right there where they told me they would be! Micky, the lady who I set the account up with was super nice too! She never rushed me when I asked her a hundred questions. LOL.
