I highly recommend this shop!! As a central Wisconsin resident, I dream of having a local store just like theirs here. They have a wide variety of video games and trading cards such as Pokemon, Magic, Lorcana, etc. Check them out!!!

Fantastic local shop with an impressive selection of trading cards. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find exactly what you need. Prices are fair--no price gouging--and they consistently stock a great variety of Pokemon, sports cards, and more. Definitely worth checking out if you're into TCGs or just want to browse cool cards!

Super shady and unprofessional. I bought a Pokemon plush that turned out to be fake so I returned it same day. It was a bootleg of an official Pokemon Center plush that you can buy from Aliexpress for half the price. The art is stolen from an artist with the watermark poorly removed, the company address on the tag does not exist, and there were multiples of it on the shelf. It is illegal to sell bootleg merchandise, and immoral to do so even with the grey area of disclosing it. The cashier was rude and refused to give me a refund. He got defensive and said he couldn't read the Japanese on the tag and didn't know. He told me to exchange it for something else and stated that there were 'plenty of real ones', which would imply if he knew which ones are real, he must know the latter that are fake. I paid with card so I told him if he did not refund me I would do a chargeback, and with a line forming behind us he pulled $15 in cash from the register and gave it to me. $15 was the ticket price, meaning I didn't get refunded the tax I paid. I got robbed $1.24 . This place has terrible service, and they likely knew the stuff was fake. They have up-charged Pokemon rom hacks that you can buy off Aliexpress for $5 sitting in the display for exorbitant prices and without disclosure. It feels predatory like they hope someone who isn't knowledgeable about this stuff will buy it unknowingly. They don't offer refunds, don't take accountability, play victim when confronted, and will likely blame you for your purchase. Avoid this place, the lack of integrity is embarrassing.

This place is the best! I came here just after my birthday for a bit of self-celebration, and was amazed at the variety and quality of the products, particularly the Pokemon merchandise. The Pokemon card selection is the best in the Twin Cities, hands down. They have a variety of binders organized by generation, as well as a number of quality rares available for reasonable prices. The staff are super nice and friendly too, perhaps more important than the quality of the products. All of the staff were really kind and patient with my questions/curiosities. They helped recommend a booster pack for an out-of-touch old fan such as myself, and made the experience even better by letting me open the packs in the store and watching. They didn't have to do that, a small gesture that went a long way. I will definitely be back here soon. I recommend you check it out as well.

Great place to buy pokemon and magic singles slabs packs and more. Great place for video games and other items. Eric always does his best with customers to make you feel welcomed.

I went for the first time a week ago it was amazing to say the least! The staff were so friendly, kind-non judgmental and helpful. They went out of their way to help me and my friends find Christmas gifts. They were very knowledgeable and honest about what they thought the people in my life would like for Christmas. They also had amazing stock and super cute items available! Me and my friends had such an amazing time there I think we stayed for over an hour. We will 100% be going back!

Best shop in Minnesota hands downs. One of the few remaining that do their best to get product into customers hands at MSRP or better on release days and offer best trade in value if you are looking to sell.
