Had a conversation with this employee (I forgot his name but it was the day he was going on vacation to see his family) and he was absolutely wonderful, we contemplated back and forth what could be the problem with my pc (both on the phone and in the store) and by the end of it I had ended up buying a power bank. He also double checked everything for me, including returns just in case. Got that installed and my PC is alive again. I'd thank him for his patience and kindness and going out of the way for me when there was a misunderstanding (from how I explained things) because he was on a search far and wide just to find me what he thought I was asking for.

These people are the best! I acquired a used computer that had issues. They tried the easy fix to save me money, of which I was in full agreement with. Once that was fixed, other issues surfaced and they fixed them also. Here is the great thing is they stuck with it and did not nickel and dime me with the things that surfaced. They were very upfront with me and made it work. I love their integrity and skill. It is great when you get treated with such professionalism.

I'm not giving 2 for service, they do good with that. It was the final experience which drops my rating from 5 to 2. We've been an active client for 5 years and overlooked 1 $140 bill (while continuing to utilize and pay Bitworks for other services since). I completely understand calling me to rectify and happily so, what I can't understand is immediately on the first call, the person threatening suit when I say I'll speak with a manager at the store to find out the situation. What I further don't understand is then texting me calling me a douchebag and writing our business a 1 star review, its just not necessary.

i went to bitworks more than once for simple screen replacements and ended up needing to get a new phone both times because the screen either didnt work, my home button didnt work, or some other niche issue. charging me an extra $60 for parts that they broke in the first place and being unkind and unserviceable in the process.

I called to get a price on fixing something they do not do. Most companies nowadays just say no and hang-up. They were very kind and gave suggestions on who to call for my issue. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Knowledge and didn't try to oversell. Didn't end up using their services. The cost of repairs would have been more than buying a new chromebook. This was consistent with everywhere I looked. Very helpful staff.

I have been to this store twice both times the staff was very helpful . Got my phone fixed in a hour. They helped us buy a new computer for our son. Came in on a snowy Saturday. Prices reasonable. Will definitely be back if I need them.

Fixed my laptop's screen a few years back and it still works perfectly fine. Good, fast work for a fair price. Edit: Recently went in and received the same helpful service. Great place!
