Sovran has a very knowledgeable IT team and their services are built on integrity. Unlike most MSPs, they do not nickel and dime you on 3rd party subscriptions and services, and said services are not forced onto you. All 3rd party services are optional and only recommended based on your needs, which was a welcomed option when we signed up for their services. They are a great option for small companies like us who do not require much IT support, but also do not want to shell out a ton of money to hire a full-time IT guy. Sovran assigns a dedicated Systems Administrator to you, so you will get to know your Systems Administrator instead of getting a random person when things go down. If you sign up for their services, we hope you get Chris as a Systems Administrator, he is the best!
