It's an awesome place to work. I am one of the associate who work in BI Worldwide, its been less than a year. I have been held up with fruitful challenges everyday and my work keeps me motivated enough. I am making myself comfortable learning here. Nice company to work with.

I was a contractor there because the staffing company I went thru misled me to take an assignment there. Pros in working for BIW is the company events are top notch in delivery and I never had to stress about my work as a CTS but as good as that life seems there were cons: 1) I was bored to be there since there were nothing to do and no motivators to make me want to grow with the company. 2) The team constantly changed managers so there were a huge lack of rapport and direction with management and disorder with team leads. 3) Lack of advancement opportunity. The team I was in was small and everyone around us kept to themselves or their own teams so networking was non-existent. 4) No free coffee. Had to pay for the nastiest tasting coffee that dispensed at only 4 fl oz for 99 cents excluding tax. 5) Outdated workspace. The building I was stationed in was the only building to not have been renovated which is odd because the department is among the big money makers and should have had a better workspace for retention purposes and to motivate the employees to keep making more money for the BIW family.

As far as being an employee goes, this place is phenomenal to work at! They genuinely care about their employees well being. One of the pillars of working here is Work Hard, Play Hard and the organizational culture represents that.

2 weeks ago I picked up a grilled chicken sandwich for my husband... the chicken was rancid... called their number... no answer...left a message about it... no return call... could have had the wrong number., still have the rancid chicken sandwich in the fridge... service is good... just saying don't order grilled chicken sandwich
