Drivers if you are dropping off loads be sure to drive to the back passing the main gates. The front loading docks is not available for employees to help to be unloaded. Everything is done on the back unless your directed, otherwise you be waiting for no one to unload. It's best to be there before 3pm. Gates will close at 5pm. Staffs says to not worry about the signs though it confusing; they're back in to docks as needed. Just make sure you let them know which company you are from if you either pickup in or dropping off loads. Staff are pretty friendly as long as you don't give them a hard time they do the same in return.

I would not recommend using Impact for any mailing services. They were not able to hit our deadline and did not communicate with us in a timely manner. We called and emailed many times to try to get an update on our project and they were very slow to respond or usually didn't respond. We tried to set up a meeting to talk over how we can make a partnership between us work after this project and they cancelled on us. It's clear that they don't want to make client relationships work. Our requests were reasonable, their communication wasn't.

Impact has produced and mailed our catalog for several years now and they are a great company to work with the whole team is very responsive with high quality and deliver every time as promised. Highly recommended.
