Sebastian came through for me BIG TIME! He resubmitted the ticket which brought it back to the top of the cue and top of the attention of admin to approve it. Thank you! He then rescheduled our test meeting to accommodate my meeting schedule so I would be prepared for my meeting today where I need it and now I'm all set. Troy is absolutely amazing and truly knowledgeable both in the system capabilities but also with an accounting background. He along with my accountant help find we made money in our fiscal year vs. what we thought we lost money. Thank you again Troy!

Very quick & professional. I was working late yesterday evening and encountered an issue with my computer, so I submitted a request. I expected it to be addressed the next morning, so I moved on to practicing guitar. I wasn't halfway through the first song when the Support Consultant, Josh called.
