Our office had a difficult start, but with help from Amar and Vanessa, we are now up and running using MConsent forms for our dental office. Our main goal was to enable our patients to fill out a medical history form online, which will then integrate into our software. This has been extremely helpful during the Coronavirus pandemic. We look forward to more updates which will enable us to integrate more features into our software. Both Amar and Vanessa have been invaluable to implementing the above, and both have been readily available for tech support as needed; Thank you for all your help!

My company has had the pleasure of working with SRS Web Solutions and let me just tell you that they do a phenomenal job. They got and set up Ipads for our patient paperwork and they also designed our new website and it has made our lives so much easier! The Ipads connect straight to our software so it frees up a lot of time for our front desk so they don't need to scan everything and print off pages and pages of paper, and they also designed our webpage so its different than those other practices in our profession. If there's ever something that we want changed (like we wanted a shorter medical history and to add teeth numbers to our consent forms), Ali and his team get it fixed in record time.

Handling paperwork at the front office was tough, where we have to print and scan consents, patients intake, medical history and many documents. Too much paperwork and we still called ourselves paperless office..mConsent truly helped us to be paperless, we use iPads now with the mConsent app on it and all documents goes right into the system.
