Optimize Digital Marketing

We've been working with OSM for about a year and have been extremely pleased with their service and the level of personalized attention we get from our account rep. They've done a great job managing our online reputation and keeping us abreast of what's happening online. They also manage our website, which has run flawlessly since launch. I'm always impressed by how quickly they respond to questions or update our site when things change. This is an awesome company and I would recommend them to any small business that wants to outsource social media.

I've been dealing with OSM for over two years. My old social media manager Jordan and I worked very well together and she would get on the phone with me and help me out regardless of how long it took. My new social media manager Kristen is proving that she is just as good and it seems that attention to their customer's needs is a company wide policy. 5 stars is not enough.

We used OSM for 4 years. The first 2 years were great! I had a dedicated account manager and they did a wonderful job. The last 2 years were not so great. The account managers were constantly changing and I wasn't receiving the great service that I had previously experienced.

We joined them in 2018 the down fall is lots of turnover.... since 2018 we have had at least 6 different reps. I just reached out to my rep because 2 reps ago I was told we were going to get $1000 worth of professional pictures if we went to their package that was $339.00 a month, so we did... I never received the pictures so they said that rep didn't have me sign a contract so they couldn't honor the promotion. I told them I would like to cancel for a couple months to weigh the benefits to be told I would have to pay one more month because they require a 30 day notice... How are you going to hold me to a contract you clearly told me we don't have which is why you couldn't honor the pictures... If the customer doesn't get the benefit of a contract with no contract why should your company? Needless to say I will be canceling indefinitely. Update: They still charged me for another 30 days even though I cancelled 15 days before the next payment was going to come out and they are removed from all my social media accounts and are not providing a service for our company anymore, but they still wanted there last $339.00. Wouldn't recommend!

I would recommend OSM to anyone out there that is looking to work with a great social media marketing company. I feel like I am truly Marissa's only client anytime I contact her! I have seen our social media and reviews go to a new level in such a short amount of time.

Awesome customer service. Zack from OSM helped me get access to my Face Book account when it had nothing to do with the OSM services they provide for me. He could have rightfully sent me away as not their problem, but he didn't he walked me through several attempts for me to regain admin access again to my business Face Book account until he finally was successful. I'm so grateful to Zack as FB and several other companies have not been able to help me with this problem for years.

I know nothing about social media, but thanks to Sydney W. for managing my shops Facebook page and other accounts. She always has fresh ideas and is constantly in touch trying to improve my business image and presence. Sydney is the best by far. Thank you for all your hard work.

We use Optimize Social Media to handle all of our social media accounts and to say they do an excellent job is a complete understatement!!! They are some of the best people to work with and always put us first!! We at Bucks Truck Repair couldn't have picked a better company to go with to literally do exactly what their name says and, optimize our social media! Our representative Anne Lampright has ALWAYS went above and beyond to help us and she handles everything we throw at her with ease!! I would HIGHLY suggest anyone and everyone to get the ball rolling with Optimize Social Media if they want to turn their social media from mediocre to extraordinary!!! Couldn't be happier!!
