We live in senior housing and our table top computer was also becoming senior and not adequate for Windows 11 upgrade. So we reached out to Chu for assistance. Chu responded promptly and scheduled an appointment at our apartment. After review and discussion, it was obvious a new table top computer was needed. He guided us thru the entire process; purchase thru assembly and start-up. Chu has excellent technical skills, is very patient and customer oriented.
