Ryan Boog and his team at Happy Dog have been an amazing resource for our technology needs. We came to them with a partially completed online training application, that was designed specifically for our partners needs. They worked with us to not only get it working, but add new features and help us work through the complex issues of this platform as it was being used. They were excellent, timely, efficient, courteous, helpful, supportive, available, brilliant and professional, yet felt like family too. They were committed to helping us accomplish our goals. They never said no when we asked for a new feature, they figured out how to make it happen, and did it well. We would not have been able to launch and run this training platform without their knowledge and help. They are excellent, brilliant, and humble too. They are a great team to have as your team! Regarding the Learning Management System (LMS) they set up for us. We created the content, but Happy Dog made everything work together, recording, separating content and users by program (an entire Learning Management System): 41 Learning Paths for our 5 Programs 455 Training, Testimonies, Orientation videos 66 Lyric videos 78 Books converted to Flippingbook and uploaded Happy Dog upgraded and moved us to a new hosting platform Set up permissions for all levels (Program Directors, Partners, Trainers, Students) Established a shopping cart (with trainer seats purchases annually, students seat purchase per course) Added Forums Connected a LRS (Learning Records Store) to the LMS in order to allow us to track student records, set up reports (Transcripts, etc) Set up Transcripts within system (allowing mentors to manually input grades along with automation of grades) to allow them to comment on grades or assignments Set up student upload of assignments, allowing access by mentors and students And a host of other things... As I said, they are brilliant!

I love working with Happy Dog because they care about your business, are quick, efficient and are full of great online marketing strategies.
