KickAss Virtual Private Servers

I've had two VPS's with Kick Ass VPS, one for about a year, and another just spun up at the end of 2016. Nothing crazy, Windows 2k12, a few virtual processors on each, 2 gig of memory on one and 4 gig on another. Both run smartermail for separate businesses, each with about 250 users. Nothing crazy, not overly high volume. They fit the bill, good pricing, free smartermail bundle and initial contacts were replied to promptly. Setup of each server was quick, including one that had to be paid for a year at a time instead of monthly, they worked with me on the billing for that. Support has always been quick to answer, including needing a restore when one of my customers wiped out an entire mail folder. Brian definitely went a bit further in helping get the restore so I could get the files I needed than other hosts I've used in the past would have. No downtime that I or my monitoring service has noticed. All in all, I am happy and would recommend them. I feel for the money I spend with them each month I get a great value and fits exactly what I need. Will definitely look to them in the future first, and happily expand my servers with them as needed.
