Swiped my credit card but the cart did not come out. Latter found that my credit card was charged twice! Never use credit card with the machine, use cash. Or find an abandoned cart. Charge $8 for a cart is insane.

Smarte carte in St Paul charged my Visa $5 today. It was fraud. It was a scam. I had never heard of this company until they showed up on my bank statement today. I haven't been to St Paul recently either. I read the other reviews today and apparently they've been stealing from people for years. Watch your bank statements people!

I used one of these carts at my local mall in New York and the charge didn't go through for a few days and when it finally did, it showed up on my statement as being swiped in Minnesota so my card company picked up on it and I reported it as fraud (I've never been to Minnesota so it threw me off). I went to go write a bad review for them charging my card fraudulently but then I realized it was from that stroller in the mall... oops. Sorry.

If you're absolutely forced to use the ridiculously overpriced smarte carte, be sure to use cash. Smarte carte has an ongoing practice of double charging a person's cc for the same transaction. My Amex was double charged on over 5 different occasions by this company.

We were in IAH airport Houston on 22nd (Saturday) of Nov waiting to receive my son coming in for Thanks giving Holidays. My wife noticed her mobile phone charge may not last long enough since my sons flight got delayed & went in to charge in the charger at "charging station" since she did not have her charger. After paying $3 through her credit card that "charging station" did not work. We lost our money. Not a great experience using the "charging station".

The massage chair in outlet mall in Eagan MN charged my card but did not work.

Smarte Cate is the best! It is my one true love. My loyalties only lie within smarte carte and smarte brand products. From now on I will only eat smarte foode, drink smarte watere, and drive in a smarte kiddie kruzzer (tm)! Whatever can I ever do to repay smarte carte after I got my Smarte Vacinne Microchipe! They are amazing!!!!!!!!!
