I recently had trouble logging into my city email and validating my token after switching to a new phone and forgetting to transfer it. I called for support and, although I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me, I was incredibly impressed by the level of service I received. The issue took about 40 minutes to resolve, and throughout the entire call, he was patient, kind, and exceptionally helpful. We ran into some complications due to a firewall I have in place, but he didn't give up--instead, he found a workaround and guided me through each step with clarity and professionalism. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly, and I felt genuinely supported the entire time. I'm truly grateful for the outstanding service and want to thank him for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience.

Outstanding customer service as always and Cole quickly resolved the problem that I was having. Cole is very professional and knowledgeable, He resolved a SQL database issue that I was having in just a few minutes.

We are from Missouri watching the willmar/mnwilderness hockey game on Saturday Nov 30. The announcer should share the opponent name also when they score. Just helps us while we are watching our grandsons team from Eveleth.

Luis responded to my email in a timely manner by calling me to verify the problem, jumped right into my computer, and upon discovering it was going to take him a bit to resolve it, told me he could let me go and he'd just work on my computer if it was okay. I appreciated the communication & respect of my time, so I was able to move on and complete other work tasks while he worked on my computer. He called me once complete, informed me he found another issue I wasn't aware of and told me he'd first fix it and then figure out why it was happening to prevent it from happening in the future. He followed up a couple days later to be sure everything was still performing correctly. I greatly appreciate all his help - he was timely, respectful, thorough, and resolved my problems.

These guys are exceptional at creating and running a network very seamlessly from a server and computers that are located in a data center. Been with them for 2 years now and our system has never been better. Makes working from home and an office location a breeze. I would highly recommend these guys because they really know what they are doing.

Our issues were a paycheck issue within Quickbooks. Core & the team tried all possible options before having me contact QB directly. It certainly isn't because they didn't try. I also get things done with these guys. Thank you and great job guys!

SUbmitted a request for assistance late in the evening. First thing the next morning they called me. They were able to remote into my computer and fix the issue quickly. Great Service as always!

Kevin was very friendly, fast, and knowledgable, able to resolve out VPN issue quickly without any problems.
