Brand new customer and forced to use their service because it's the only thing available at the moment. Got spam called by their corporate to pick up equipment instead of it being shipped. I show up 15 min before closing time at their pickup location and the employees are all gone or hiding. Doors are locked. Literally. I walked back to my car and began to leave and saw someone walking back up to the front so I stopped, walked back up and he's gone again and won't answer the door. Great way to start with a new customers.

Loving my Sparklight Internet service!!! I've lived in my apartment for a year and a half and have had AT&T, CSpire and both were HORRIBLE!! I FINALLY have GREAT INTERNET SERVICE and I am so Glad that I switched to Sparklight!!!

I have way faster speeds then before but was promised no slow downs, but I get slow downs

I've had their service for two weeks and I've already had two outages. No one answers the phone in reference to the outage.

I can honestly say that the Internet was decent. My problem was getting threatening emails to discontinue my service because of non payment. What bothered me about this was because I was on auto pay. For years my payments have always been on time but all of a sudden my direct pay is not working. They dropped my info but I am the one being punished for it. Also once I called for info and the person on the phone told me don't call back unless I wanted service with them. Rather unprofessional. I had to move on. Again, the Internet is pretty good, customer service is questionable.

So far so good we'll just see what the bills look like

Internet issues left and right while paying for the best plan they offer... Try the chat tool and it tells you to call technical support... Call the number provided and, "this call cannot be completed at this time..." Use the outage checker and it states there is no outage and you call the same number I just called... What a joke! I've been begging AT&T to come put in fiber out here! I'm so over this!!!!
