C Spire

Had service with them for several years. But when I changed cell companies over a year ago I didn't realize that I was still being charged for service on my Apple Watch. I was being charged firstly for a different number for my watch even though my watch wouldn't even make a phone call. But that's not the bad part I still got charges for this service I wasn't even receiving for a year AFTER I ended service with them that totaled up to over 200 dollars. When I went into the store to confront them about these charges being drafted out of my bank account for over a year, the employee told me I was pretty much screwed because they would only credit my account three months back, but he ultimately let me know that it was C-Spire's fault that my number or service on my watch did not get ported over when my cell phone service did, but there was nothing he could do to help me. Long story short I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau. A representative from C-Spire called my phone and was so rude to me. I will never do service with them ever again asking me. How did I feel like they owed me money when it was my responsibility to check my bank account! Are you serious? But anyways yea I'm done with Cspire I do not recommended getting overcharged by a multi million dollar company and then treated like crap when you ask for your money back

The staff was friendly. They were able to activate my new service affordably and efficiently. I highly recommend you consider them for your wireless and Internet services.

The employees were extremely helpful and always have been. I left C-Spire to go back to AT&T because it was a lower price and have regretted it ever since but now I am back with C-Spire and very happy.

If you live on the coast go to Gulfport C Spire. All the workers our amazing, kind, and actually help you with your phone problems. Definitely 10 out of 10 Customers Service.

Came in to do a warranty activation and was helped by Darian and Daylan. They both were so helpful. I have been a Cellular South/Cspire customer for almost 30 years. Great service being in my hometown for a short visit. Thank you guys for all of your help.

These people are rude. I went in because I had problems with my phone. The worker name GiGi likes to gossip and tell other of her coworkers your business especially when that coworkers was there the day of it happening. Yall should have a things at a workplace where you shouldn't gossip customer business other than a manager or store manager not for your stupid coworkers. I won't be coming to the Gulfport store anymore because yall are some gossip store I will take my business to the Biloxi store for now on. Don't see this girl name GiGi she will tell you your business to her coworkers

Was a great cell carrier for the longest time. Now they have some of the worst coverage and service I've encountered. I live in the very center of Mississippi's second biggest city and making or receiving a phone call is almost impossible. Texts are only slightly better. When I went to my local brick and mortar store for solutions they simply told me to turn my phone off of 5G and go back to LTE...even though I pay for 5G. The customer service people there are great but the company really does not have the infrastructure down to run 5G properly.
