I can say the system is totally amazing!!! Panels Up Solar listened to what we wanted in the solar and lithium upgrade. They designed and installed the amazing system we now have. The system exceeds our expectations!!!! We are very pleased and couldn't ask for more. The price was well worth the value we received. We highly recommend Panels Up Solar. We live in Northeast Alabama and it was definitely worth the drive to Laurel, MS. Would we do it again? YES! Thank you Panels Up Solar team for a job well done.

Before finding Panels Up Solar, my RV solar project was a nightmare. Despite a significant investment, it was never fully functional, making it impossible to manage my power and leaving me without confidence in its safe operation. I found them via internet search but what sold me was my initial phone conversation with the owners, Justin and Tracy Ford. Justin spent at least 20 minutes patiently listening to my concerns, explaining how things should work, and providing potential solutions. Despite their being in a different state, hours away, I ended the phone conversation by making an appointment. They have Harvest Host camping spots at the business location, saving me the trouble of finding a nearby place to camp. Prior to my arrival, Tracy called to confirm what we would be working on and my arrival time. After arriving, a problem quickly arose. I'm a talker who has never met a stranger. Justin shares this affliction. Thank goodness Tracy was there for a gentle nudge here and there to keep us on track, or we might still be talking. They were both so kind and friendly. It felt like being among family. Justin was able to properly evaluate the system, identify the problem areas, and correct them. Initially thinking I might have to replace some components, he saved that cost by correcting installation errors and making what I had function as intended. He answered every question (there was a lengthy list), explained his changes, provided instructions to operate the system safely, and even helped map out potential future improvements. However, he recommended first using the system as is before making those decisions and doing so incrementally only as needed, the opposite of the high-pressure sales pitches often seen. At the end of the day, I happily wrote the check feeling I had gotten my money's worth and more. After a night on the lot, Tracy messaged me to please stop by the office before leaving. She had looked at my invoice and picked up an overcharge. WHAT???? Who does that??? I was out the door happy, and yet they brought me back to refund some of the money. The Fords were so knowledgeable, professional, friendly, caring, and fair in our dealings that I cannot recommend them enough.

Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just down to earth good people! Justin takes the time to listen, and search until the problem is found instead of just trying this or that. He also advises well so that you don't spend money on things that you don't really need even tho he could have made more money. He and his wife are providing an honest, amazing business with great customer service!

Justin knows his business and will spend as much time with you as needed to make sure you feel familiar and comfortable with your system. Completed my installation on time and looks very professional. Helped me figure out what we wanted and what would work best for our needs. I don't have any questions after our first weekend camping, but if I did, I'm sure Justin would spend the time needed to help. I can highly recommend Panels Up solar!

Justin and Stacy are the best. I had been researching solar equipment for my sailboat until I felt as if my head was about to "explode". I luckily found panels up. I explained what I was trying to accomplish and they were able to design the best system for me. He could have sold me the most expensive equipment he had but instead he recommended just what I needed. He explained in a way that I could understand "novice". After install he and Stacy continued to assist and support me. I am so happy with the whole experience. I have plans for additional solar panels and other equipment which will be purchased at Panels Up. Thanks Stacy and Justin for helping me achieve my goals of extended non stop sailing. I am extremely happy with the solar/ Lithium upgrade on my 24 Tiffin Wayfarer. I asked Justin for a system that I didn't have to "fiddle with" and that's what I got. Even though there were lots of new components to integrate, everything works seamlessly. I would much rather spend my time doing camping activities than constantly monitoring a finicky thrown together system. Maybe I could have done this myself , but the peace of mind I get knowing that I have system that won't fail me or self destruct is almost priceless. Justin also did a few things that I consider going above and beyond as far as alerting me to a potential roof leak from the factory. A very clean, neat, and robust install. Totally worth the drive from Missouri. (Laurel is a cool place in a pretty area)

Very knowledgeable and very helpful! Brought my camper van in while on a road trip because of electrical issues I was having, Justin was able to sort everything out and get the system up and running again. He took the time to go through everything and see what was wrong and also explain how everything works. Highly recommend for your RV or camper solar and electrical needs!
