My internet keeps going out and there is no resolution from this company . They do not know why my internet keeps going out and are not trying to figure out why . They also would not let me speak with a supervisor . This company has HORRIBLE service .

This is by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. If there was any other option for Internet at my home I would take it no matter the cost. A few days every single week I lose service for about 15 minutes and when it comes back the modern they provide has reset to default settings and everything in my house no longer works till I go unplug everything, reset the modem multiple times and redo all the custom settings and plug everything back in... Sometimes this may take 3-5 attempts. They use the oldest tech, oldest hardware, what customer service... And yet charge you a premium price. I pay over a $100 a month for only Internet. Anyone connected to this company should be ashamed for the way they treat the people they rob every single day!

Dont Use!! They charged me $150 for some contract I never agreed too. And customer service is useless cause they have to make tickets. So u never can talk to someone that can do anything. Very frustrated with this place. They will get u for more money!! Stay away!!!

I am supposed to be on their turbo internet service with unlimited and I have verified multiple times that it is truly unlimited and what my speeds should be, but I have yet to meet what I am paying for and my service gets cut off every morning around 5am and they are refusing to fix it because I can't prove the issue because there is no one to call at 5am. I am sick of this company and I am not recommending it to anyone. The service technicians have no training and do not take precautions for covid and most of them are very rude. They will do anything they can to prevent them from having to do any work or own up to any of the network issues.

The WORST cable provider of all time. I've had Comcast, Spectrum, even AT&T and Cablelynx has the absolute worst customer experience known to man. A line got clipped from the pole and our service was out. We immediately called them to which the girl I spoke with in tech support didn't even bother to verify my account. She just said a tech would come out. A tech never came out but the service came back on so we thought it was fine. No one ever came out to fix the downed line. Five days later, we lose service again, to which the modem keeps trying to connect with them but it doesn't quite make it. We tried two modems and got the same issue so it's either the downed line or something at headquarters. 8 customer supoprt reps later, still nothing but they schedule an appointment on Tuesday from 8-12 for a technician to come out. It's Tuesday at 11:30am and I had to call them to be told that a technician will not be here until after 1pm. So not only am I paying for service that hasn't worked in 4 days, I'm having to sit here at my house the entire day because they can't properly schedule technicians. The service is overly expensive and isn't even fiber....but it doesn't even work so there's that part...
