Courtyard Kansas City East/Blue Springs

The manager Jackie was wonderful! We checked in late; after getting to town early in the morning. We had the drop bar, on the balcony, lock us out. She was very helpful and got someone there quickly to get us back in to our room. We really appreciated it! The location, room, and amenities were also nice.

Check in was quick and fast Jeremiah was a pleasure. Assisted with breakfast as I did not know there was a charge. Room was clean, mattress perfect, housekeeping was a pleasure. Pool area stayed clean and stocked with towels. Liz assisted during breakfast for the 3 days we were there. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Tons to do and close to restaurants. I will be back.

We stayed for a family gathering and had multiple rooms in different configurations. All the rooms are very dated considering the price. I stayed in a 2 room suite. The furniture had rips on it and we found trash left by previous occupants under the bed which was extremely disgusting. Extremely overpriced compared to the quality and cleaningnes of the rooms. Thats is not the usual Marriott standard. The only good part of the stay was the location and relatively easy access ti highway to go to downtown and airport.

While traveling through on east-west I-70 needed a place for one night. Courtyard offered a reasonably priced option. Like most Courtyards it unfortunately doesn't offer a free breakfast, but there is a lobby bar/restaurant where you can purchase a meal in the evening or breakfast in the morning, if you're not in a hurry.||Room & bed comfortable; counter space in the bathroom limited; wi-fi very good. All in all a good choice for an overnight stay.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Blue Springs did a fantastic job hosting our wedding reception this last Sunday. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The food was terrific and everyone exceeded our expectations in customer service. We highly recommend this venue for wedding receptions! Special thanks to Katrina, Amy, Wendy, and Lindsay for going all out for us.

WORST. I am sitting here, in the lobby, and they declined the payment from my card, even after showing that the payment had been deducted. DON'T, if you cant afford to wait for funds to be released. I felt I deserved what I paid for...AN HOUR LATER I thanked them for calling the police because I played my music loud and caused a disruption. $210 is a lot of money for me. Apparently, this is why only the rich stay at the marriot. **I am editing this post ONLY for Trevor and Will. Trevor was at the front desk, not a stink eye or bad glare when I asked for help jumping the battery of my car (of which I had been refused the night before). Will took the time to help me. Everyone has a "situation" and unfortunately, my situation wasn't ideal for anyone. BUT I still will give a negative review for those stay, sans Trevor and Will.

Nice and great value hotel outside of Kansas City. Clean room and friendly staffs. Maybe need a little extra maintenance. Next to a lot of fast food restaurants that offers you great amount of choices.

Positive: It was clean and my room was very comfortable Negative: They need a few firm pillows in the room. The pillows were way too soft.
