StaySure Inn Blue Springs

We called while on the road to make a reservation for the night. Max was so helpful and friendly. |We we pleasantly surprised to see that the property,though slightly older, was spotless and lovingly maintained. |Beds and linens were nice. Such a treat to have an indoor pool and hot tub after a long travel day. AC worked perfectly. |Breakfast was better than expected. Bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits and make-your-own waffles with cold cereal, yogurt, toast, muffins and fresh fruit. Delightful surprise.

My sister, mom, and I came to stay for the weekend and our stay was so amazing!!! The service was excellent; Chandra was welcoming, kind, helpful, and made our stay feel comfortable and up to expectations! Housekeeping was also friendly and gave us plenty of towels and trash bags when we asked. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was refreshing! Also, my sister and I went to the hot tub and it was so relaxing and soothing :) I definitely recommend coming here, we will be staying here again!!! I can't explain enough how much we enjoyed our trip because of our stay!

My husband and I have booked here several times and each time it has been great. Chandra at the front desk is amazing. He remembers us each time we come in and is always so very friendly, polite and nice! The rooms are always clean and the staff is very helpful. We are Chiefs season pass holders and are at every home game and will plan to always book our stays here. Very impressed! Thank you all.

Chandra, is the reason why my family and I will be returning at this hotel on our next family trip! He was very welcoming with a smile on his face as soon as we entered through the doors and made sure to make our stay comfortable, simply by letting us know if we needed anything at all to please let him know. The rooms were nice and the beds were even more comfortable!! The location is very convenient as it's right off the highway, easy access to restaurants / store. Chandra deserves a raise for how great he is to his customers and having them return! :-))

Terrible front desk/customer service. Super suspicious pricing/fees. We booked TWO rooms with two queen beds each for a total of 3 Adults & 2 Children. Upon checking in, the manager charged us for an extra guest! What?! 5 people in two rooms is too many??? Plus, two of the five people were children (under 10 years old) which according to their very own website says are FREE. When we tried to complain, but the mngr insisted we got a "good deal" for our room so we shouldn't care about being charged extra for a 5th person. Once again, 3 adults & 2 children in TWO rooms... seriously?! He was unbelievably rude. We would NOT recommend this hotel and if you do book, pay close attention to your charges! They'll definitely try to charge you extra for nonsense reasons! Not a trustworthy business.

At first, they tried to put us in a room that absolutely REEKED of cat pee. I cannot believe they even attempted to put a guest in there. The second room was better, but the entire third (pet friendly) floor stinks. The hot-tub was indeed hot, but the jets do not work. Before booking I called to inquire about the functionality of the hot-tub, and was not informed of the broken jets. Annoying. The breakfast was not great. The bagel I grabbed was somehow soggy on one side and rock hard on the other. The pet fee was ambiguous. Reviews mentioned $60 if booked with a third party. So I booked directly with the hotel, and paid $35. But the room itself was $110, so I didn't save any money by avoiding third party. There are recent reviews claiming bed bugs, so we checked the room very thoroughly and found the cleanliness to be satisfactory. Overall, we will not be returning.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and I have stayed all over the country when I worked on the road. Staff was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Manager called me names when I tried telling them the rooms were dirty called me a liar and refused to give me my money back. He also said I had to leave the premises or he would call the cops on me even though I had paid for 2 rooms for the night and wouldn't give my money back. The rooms were disgusting sheets had not been changed crumbs under the blankets cigarette ashes on the pillows food still left in the fridges. One room smelled so bad we almost puked just walking in there. The pool area was disgusting and had broken glass on the floor. Homeless people and drug addicts all over parking lot and in lobby if I could give negative stars I would for sure worst place ever do not recommend 100% do not go there

Chandra in the morning was awesome! Great service and good guy! If I had a business I would want this guy working for me. You can tell he has to deal with a lot of people, yet, still keeps a smile on jos face and does what he can to help. The room was clean and the hotel was solid for the price point!
