I love that they respond immediately and request permission to take over my computer to solve my issues within minutes. It's almost always a matter of operator error, so I also appreciate their patience!

I like that when we spoke about bringing FeatherShark on board , they told us that we would be able to speak with some live when we are having issues, and that they would fix our issues fast. Turn around time to speak with someone is fast, along with fixing our issues. Training the employees was an experience that we never had before.
