Swizznet was a great company until Visory purchased. The service is terrible & they won't return calls. I went as long as I could without a call back which was one week & then finally went with another company. Please save yourself the agony I went through trying to get help for one week without any call backs, they still haven't called me back 2 weeks later. The new companies service is excellent & have even had followup calls to make sure everything is operating correctly. I hate leaving poor reviews but they deserve this one.

Swizznet was a great company with excellent service. Same day if not immediate service when needed. Visory has since purchased and there service is terrible. You can't even get a call back from them, nothing no call backs. Any 5 star rating will be from Swizznet, but if you dig a little you will find Visory is in way over their head. There are several other great companies out there, please save yourself the agony I experienced.

Swizznet is what we use for our cloud hosted Quickbooks and we love them! Super reliable, and any issues or questions are always addressed super fast! They always offer accurate advice to make our operations run smoother. We opened a second location, which made managing our Quickbooks much more difficult and remote access made the remote computer unusable to anyone else. Now several users can access any of our company files from anywhere at the same time. Saves us a ton of time and money, plus we always have the most up to date version!

Highly recommend Swizznet. Their service works great, and we like the Citrix platform much better than the remote desktop connection we had with our former hosting service. Customer service is also excellent as advertised. Way to go Swizznet!
