I've been a loyal customer for years, and have spent thousands of dollars with Midway. I've never had a bad experience. No more. Their new selective marketing that discriminates against loyal customers is absurd. Good luck in the future, I will not be back.

Very disappointed in a company that I thought I knew. I remember watching hunting shows 20+ years ago that were sponsored by Midwayusa, and I always remember Mr. Potterfield with his slogan thanking you for the business during the airing. I've been a pretty loyal customer for many years, but after the treatment I got today from the customer service line followed by the email response from another company representative, I have come to the realization that me and the thousands of dollars I've spent over the years at Midway, are insignificant. Terrible service, and policy over common sense on a meager $19.00 item from a $200.00 purchase. I guess Midway is just like the other big retailers now...big enough to not care if they lose a few loyal ones. Cabelas had the same mentality after merging with Bass Pro, and I cut ties with them too. I hope I can find another retailer that values the customer. Very disappointed that I thought I had that with Midway.

Do not shop here. Poor customer service. This is their saying "unfortunately we cannot help." They lost package and will not refund item or shipping cost. Larry says thanks for your business and "unfortunately we cannot help."
