Katie is an amazing photographer!!! We originally had her do a family session as a gift to my mother. She worked wonderfully to capture all 13 of our personalities! Amazing!!!!! We have continued to use her for our family photos. She helps capture little moments and even let us bring our dogs to be a part of it. She's so easy to work with, seriously felt like working with a best friend or family member!! Highly recommend!!

We contacted Katie regarding having some real estate pictures done, and we were not disappointed. She contacted us promptly to schedule a session. She was very knowledgeable about what exactly we were hoping for in the photos, even giving ideas for things we had not thought of. She was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. We absolutely love how the photos came out! It expressed the personality of our property perfectly. If we need any photographs done in the future, she will be our first and only call. Katie did an awesome job on our photos! She captured our relationship perfectly; the photo below is just one of many she took of us that day. Super easy to work with and her farm was a perfect natural setting. She also did my makeup for ~30 minutes before our session. She had a super clean set-up and was very thorough with making sure I had a natural look.

Katie is great to work with! She is a lot of fun and makes the photo shoot fun for her subjects. I give her a list of all the shots I need and she checks them off as she takes them. I have never asked for a shot that I did not get! I have worked with her on our department event each year since I was in charge of planning the event. We only missed one year - COVID. She is awesome!

We have used Katie's services at several of our events with the Academy of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. She shows up prepared to take many pre-designated photos of groups and individuals and she has always captured all photos requested. She also has always done a great job at capturing the event with candids and speaker shots. Quality work every time!

Katie recently took Headshots of me for my business. They turned out great and she gave us really creative ideas for taking headshots in the future. Not only has Katie taken pictures for me, but Owning a Dj business I had the opportunity to work with her at a previous wedding. She was amazing communicating with me and the timing of everything. I would recommend Katie to all of our brides in the future or anyone looking for someone to take pictures.

My family has used Katie Crum photography multiple times from wedding portraits to family sessions. Katie is very personable and easy to work with. She ensures each image is perfect which makes it very difficult to choose favorites!

The most significant concerns are professionalism, timelines & communication. I constantly followed up due to her lack of communication as I waited past the deadline for my photos. Whenever I did follow up, she was short & inattentive. Once, she mentioned how my previous email when to "spam" but never cared to apologize for the delay. My wedding was on 10-8-22, and I received the 60 poorly edited photos back on 12-20-22, practically 12 weeks later. Her posing & background choice left a ton to be desired. There were a few great shots, but not many. Her editing left a lot to be desired. I am very fair & was in a white dress. I had to re-edit the photos to bring out my skin tone & contrast against the dress. Furthermore, I can't receive the unedited versions of my photos unless I pay more money and I'd prefer not to pay any more into this process than I already have ($400+) I am leaving this post to give others a heads-up since wedding days are SO special! You want to have great photos because you cannot redo the day itself. I wish I had gone with someone else ):
